According to the report , once hiting the rain and snow, it will cause the short circuit, the trip , power-cut and even causes the fire if the foreign matter wound on the high voltage electric wire .


Traditional methods of cleaning the foreign matter from the high voltage electric wire include: manually cleaning from the high-pressure tower, using UAV to fire the foreign matter . there is a safety risk for the manual operate if the operator is too close to the line when cleaning ; it is very sensitive to wind direction if using  
UAV to remove the foreign matter and also requires high qualification on operators.

After receiving the demand of state grid, our R&D engineer put forward the idea of using laser to clean up the foreign matter from the transmission network


Within a year or so,our team successfully developed the power grid laser equipment, which provided a solution for the removing the foreign matter from the high-voltage transmission network.

At present, the staff of state grid has used this product for many times to clean up the foreign matter from the transmission network. This project won the second prize of the excellent youth entrepreneurship and innovation project of the second academy of aerospace science and industry of China in 2018. At the same time, it appeared in the "2018 central enterprise yi star innovation and creativity competition". The judges thought that this project adopted advanced technology and had military quality guarantee, so it skipped the alternative pool and entered the final directly.
